We were engaged by Iline Construction to complete the full design of both the internal warehouse slab, covering 2,703 m², and the external yard area of 1,850 m². Our long-standing relationship with Iline, built over more than five years of consistently delivering reliable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions, played a key role in their decision to partner with us again on this project. 

For the internal warehouse floor, we developed a fibre-only jointless slab design. This approach removed the need for traditional saw cuts—one of the most common and costly maintenance issues that arise over a slab’s lifespan. By optimising the design, we were able to deliver a high-performance floor while also achieving meaningful cost savings for the client. 

The inclusion of Dynaforce provided further advantages. Its use allowed us to reduce the kilograms of reinforcement required per cubic metre of concrete without compromising strength or performance. The slab placed exceptionally well on site, and the combination of the design and product selection resulted in a clean, durable burnished finish that met both functional and aesthetic expectations.
