Since Jan 2015, iNFORCE has worked directly with the international manufacturer of ULTRAFIBER 500 cellulose fibres.

Invisible, superb finishing quality.

Great for decorative and coloured concrete.

HOW IT WORKS

Invisible Cellulose Fibre

UltraFiber 500® fibre for concrete is 100% virgin specialty cellulose fibre with a patented alkaline resistant coating specifically engineered and manufactured in an ISO 9001 certified facility. UltraFiber 500® provides excellent added reinforcement from high fibre surface area, close fibre spacing, excellent bonding within the cement matrix, high fibre tensile strength, and easy dispersion in concrete so it is always positioned correctly. It is safe, easy to use, and offers superior finishability. With over 1500 million fibres per kg, extremely high surface area, extensive bonding with cement, high fibre tensile strength and extremely close fibre spacing, UltraFiber 500® is outstanding at intersecting micro-cracks as they form, dispersing the tensile stress, and reducing visible macro-cracks.

Key Benefits
Invisible

Unlike polypropylene fibre, UltraFiber 500 is invisible in concrete, does not ball, fuzz, or blemish. It yields an aesthetically perfect finish with no special finishing practices.

Alkaline resistant fiber to exposed concrete

UltraFiber 500 is an alkaline resistant cellulose fibre reinforcement for commercial and residential slabs, composite metal decks, paving, pervious paving, curb and gutter, slip form, architectural and decorative, shotcrete, wall, and white topping applications.

UltraFiber 500 provides excellent added reinforcement and crack control

ultraFiber500 improves durability, impact resistance & freeze/thaw resistance. Bonding between rebar and cement paste is improved while concrete permeability and absorption is reduced. UltraFiber500 is designed to help mitigate plastic shrinkage cracking
